Chobby theme update

I just released an update to the lobby client that optimises image preloading of the theme and other areas. The load saved game menu has been cleaned up and rearranged with a minimap for each save now. Confirmation dialogs for deletion and interrupt loading of saved games have been fixed. Scrollbars are now a bit more vivid when selected.
